Install PowerShell v3 on Windows 7

Just a quickie:

1. You will need .NET Framework 4.0. That’s the full thing not just the ‘client profile’ that you might see in add-remove programs. To get this : http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=212547
